Desiccated Coconut is produced from coconut old. Maturity of using desiccated coconut production is about (11-12) months. Coconuts are peeled, split shells and silk shell before putting on the production line at the factory.
Desiccated coconut high fat have a maximum moisture content of 3%, while the low fat ones with a maximum moisture content of up to 4.5%. The low fat produced from the coconut juice shall be squeezed to produce coconut milk
